Smiggle stores are wholly owned and operated in the markets in which the brand currently trades - Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kindgom (from Feb 2014).
Whilst we don't currently offer franchise opportunities, we're still interested to hear from you. Check that you have signed up with the correct and valid email address by signing into your account. In your account subscription settings, check that the option, "I want to receive emails from Smiggle" has been selected. Additionally, check that Smiggle is added to your contacts or safe list and removed from your junk email.
If a Smiggle item is found to be faulty, please feel free to return to a Smiggle store with your receipt and staff will be able to assist you with an exchange or refund. We recommend that customers keep their receipt for all purchases made at Smiggle.
Smiggle has a commitment to supporting charities that help disadvantaged students and their families. In Australia, Smiggle partners with The Smith Family - a national, independent charity that supports disadvantaged Aussie kids to get the most out of their education. In New Zealand, we work with the Foundation for Youth Development - an organisation that inspires NZ students to reach their full potential through self-esteem and educational programs. Currently all available product donations are being sent to these great charities, but if you have a request for another market, please email us the details to email@example.com ensuring that you give a minimum 6 weeks’ notice prior to your event.
Please note that our products are recommended for children over 6 years therefore we are unable to donate to organizations or groups that may involve younger children (eg kindergartens).

All of our pens are non-toxic and will not harm your child, in the instance of a child swallowing or ingesting ink, please ensure they drink a large glass of water and clean their mouth of any residual ink.
Some of our pens require a small hole in the top of the pen to allow the ink to flow freely; at no time should the ink be able to leak out through the top of the pen as its design does not allow this. The only time any ink will leak through this hole is if the top of the pen is chewed or sucked on, we do not recommend that any one chews or sucks the end of our pens.

For every store purchase made over $10 (excluding those paid for via gift card) the customer will receive one stamp on their Craver Saver loyalty card. Once 14 stamps have been collected the Craver Saver can be redeemed for a complimentary Smiggle gift (item subject to availability). Please note the Craver Saver card can be used at any Smiggle store and does not have an expiry date.
Due to differing stock quantities and availability, the Craver Saver gift is constantly changing. In addition if one gift is more popular than others it will be changed sooner. We recommend checking with your Smiggle store on what item is available before redeeming your Craver Saver card. All store locations and phone numbers are available on the Smiggle website.
The Smiggle "Craver Saver" loyalty program does not apply to any on-line purchase. Craver Saver stamps available only when purchasing from Smiggle Stores.
