This policy only applies to goods purchased through our Smiggle online store.
We like to make you smile and giggle. In addition to your legal rights, should you change your mind, we will happily provide an exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:
Given conditions 1 & 2 above have been met, Australian customers have the option to either return/exchange their online order in store or send it back to our online returns/exchanges address below with their internet order receipt.
Unfortunately, items purchased online cannot be returned to Smiggle New Zealand stores. New Zealand customers can either return items for a refund to any Smiggle store in Australia providing conditions 1 & 2 above have been met or send items by post to our Returns/Exchange address below. Please include a copy of your original receipt and indicate the reason for the return.

Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email that will contain a tracking number.
Simply visit the Australia Post tracking website, enter in your tracking number and you’ll be able to watch your Smiggle parcel get delivered straight to your door!
You can also find your tracking number in your Smiggle account. Simply log into your account and click MY ORDERS. This has all your Smiggle order history stored for your reference!
