How To Shop


By creating a Smiggle account, you will be able to shop online, rate and review products and also you will also receive exclusive product emails with first pick on new hot fashion stationery.

If you are new to Smiggle and don't wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper. By shopping as a guest you are not remembered as a member and you will miss out on future promotions and offers.


  • After you have added your favourite goodies to your shopping bag, proceed by clicking on the shopping bag
  • Review your items - ensure that you have selected the correct colour and quantity
  • Enter in a promotion code if you have one
  • Use the currency converter to check how much you will pay in your currency
  • Click the checkout button
  • On the Shopping Bag Login Page, fill in either your existing details, sign up as a guest or a full member to continue
  • On the checkout screen, add your payment details and decide whether you would like to send the order as a gift with a message. You can also edit the shipping address for the order and / or gift card in the order
  • Continue to the Order Summary page where you can review the details of your order before clicking Submit.
  • Now sit back and wait just a few days to receive your order!

Promotion codes

All valid promotional codes need to be keyed into the “Promotion Code” field within the shopping bag.

Can I view the order total in a currency other than AUD?

We have a currency converter within the shopping bag that allows you to preview your order subtotal in the currency of your choice.


We endeavor to keep our prices consistent throughout our stores and online. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available when purchasing online. These promotions will only apply to online orders unless otherwise stated.

Order Confirmation

We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order as we know you are looking forward to receiving your Smiggle goodies! You will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order. Once we dispatch your order we will send you an email with an order tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.

Can I change my order after I submit?

Sorry, no changes can be made to orders once you click submit. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, send it back to us for an exchange or refund or take it into your nearest Smiggle store.

I have never placed an order online before, is it safe?

Forgotten Password

If you don't know or have forgotten your password, head to the Login / Register link at the top right hand corner of the website and click 'Forgot Password?' Enter your email address and we will send you another. Remember to copy it exactly as it is case sensitive.

Can I send my order as a gift?

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When you enter the 'checkout' all you need to do is replace your default address details with the recipient's information. The goods will be delivered to the specified address without affecting your default details for future orders.

You must indicate that the order is a gift by clicking the box provided. We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown. If you like, you can add a message to go with your gift (max 250 characters) and it will be printed on the receipt contained in the parcel.

We do require a contact name; phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.

Stock Availability

New products are placed onto the site every week. Our aim is to bring you all the latest Smiggle goodies available to purchase through our online store. You have to be fast because if the item you are looking for is out of stock we cannot guarantee that we will get more delivered. We will happily help you track down sold out stock in store, simply call our customer service line or email us and ask.

We reserve the right:

  • To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by Email or phone, using the email address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
  • That all orders are subject to availability of stock
  • To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit card details are bona fide.

Smiggle Craver Saver:

How does the craver saver card work?

For every store purchase made over $10 (excluding those paid for via gift card) the customer will receive one stamp on their Craver Saver loyalty card. Once 14 stamps have been collected the Craver Saver can be redeemed for a complimentary Smiggle gift (item subject to availability). Please note the Craver Saver card can be used at any Smiggle store and does not have an expiry date.

What is the craver saver gift available and how often does it change?

Due to differing stock quantities and availability, the Craver Saver gift is constantly changing. In addition if one gift is more popular than others it will be changed sooner. We recommend checking with your Smiggle store on what item is available before redeeming your Craver Saver card. All store locations and phone numbers are available on the Smiggle website.
