How do repayments work?
You can choose to pay off your purchase in fortnightly instalments over 2 or 3 months. You will be required to pay the first instalment at the time of purchase. Your order will be sent immediately, and Openpay will take care of the rest. At any time, you can log in to your Openpay account to see your payment schedule or make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, your instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card as per your chosen payment schedule.
Will I be charged interest?
Openpay does not charge any interest.
Are there fees?
Additional Plan Management Fees may apply to your order. Total fees will be shown on the Openpay site during checkout. If you fail to pay an instalment by the due date you will be charged a late payment fee of up to $9.50 by Openpay. Additional fees may apply if your payments are delayed further. Contact Openpay on 1300 168 359 before your payment date to reschedule the payment and avoid late fees.
Does Openpay perform a credit check?
Depending on the purchase you are making, Openpay may conduct a credit check. This is usually when you need to make a purchase that is above the amount Openpay has allocated you. In any instance, you will be asked to consent to the credit check before it happens.
What is the refund policy when paying with Openpay?
Items purchased online using Openpay may be returned for a refund by posting it to our Online Store or exchanged in store for another item or gift card. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid. We are unable to issue refunds in store for orders placed online with Openpay. All refunds and exchanges are subject to our refund and exchange policy having been met.
