We will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- The item with the original receipt is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached. If your purchase includes garments, they must not have been washed or worn.
- The item must not have been personalised.
Please note that the change of mind refund & exchange policy set out above does not affect or limit your consumer law rights and the consumer guarantees under those laws in any way (eg. for items that are faulty or don’t match the description).
Variation To Refund & Exchange Policy For Items Purchased With Afterpay or Zip
If Afterpay or Zip is used as tender for an online purchase, we can not issue refunds in a retail store for those items. Such items can be:

Australia 3011 - Exchanged for other items or a gift card, in a Smiggle retail store. Please note that if there is any difference between the amount originally paid & the item exchanged, the difference will be issued on a gift card.
